With diverse administrative and technical roles, I have developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills throughout my career. My journey began as an Office Clerk at the Church of the Foursquare Gospel. I was responsible for preparing and receiving monthly and yearly reports from pastors regarding their spiritual and financial activities. This role honed my attention to detail as I updated reports using both manual and digital methods, managed email communications, and maintained essential office documents.

Transitioning to Technical Support Expert (Level 1) at Concentrix Davao, I provided assistance to customers in Australia, the UK, the US, and Canada, primarily addressing internet connectivity issues and setting up routers and modems. This experience enhanced my ability to communicate effectively over the phone while documenting customer interactions in real time.

As a Project Assistant at Trident Digital for a brief period, I monitored a team of creative professionals, organized and tracked projects using Trello, and scheduled social media posts. Here, I developed skills in project management and team coordination, submitting daily reports to the CEO to ensure optimal workflow.
