I am very interested in Customer Support Sales-position that is available at your company.I am able to take on the responsibility of this position immediately, and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it. My courses have given me a solid base upon which I plan to build my career. I am a very well-rounded person and am able to work in a variety of work environments. I also do well in personal relations and I am able to communicate well with different types of people.I graduated a two year course which is diploma in computer Secretarial (2005-2007) and Bachelor of Science major in Psychology( 2008-2011) in University of Rizal System. After I graduated I decided to teach in a Private School for 2 years. I also experience in Human Resource Management Office assigned in screening of the applicants, evaluating the results of exam, conduct psychological exam and some of other office tasks. It's such a great accomplishment for me that I contribute my knowledge and skills in the company. I learned to handle different kinds of behavior and attitudes of my colleagues from it I learned to adjust.I believe that my communication skills, customer service abilities, and positive work ethic would make me an asset to your company. As a Sales professionals are all-round business people who use their problem-solving skills to understand, anticipate and meet customers’ needs. Companies sell products or services to their customers by raising their expectations of what those products / services can do for them. The job of the customer-service sector is to ensure that those expectations are fulfilled.
