In my 12 years of working, I gained a lot of experience and skills. I played a vital role in my previous job where I was primarily responsible for implementing and maintaining productivity, quality and customer service standards in my designated line of business. Another part of my job before, was to conduct weekly business reviews for my client/s so I had to make sure that I present the data in a clean and professional manner. At the office, I am highly regarded by my colleagues as a person who really enjoys interacting productively with people with diverse backgrounds, a person that always strives for win-win situations while maintaining operational excellence and a colleague that loves a healthy competition. I enjoy problem solving. In a game, I would prefer a strategy/mind game more than anything. I always have the need learn new things and I love to see results. Also, I have the tendency to be over critical where I would set a high standard or expectations to myself.
