Collect and facilitate the completion of internal and external report such as KPI, Mancom, F1 report, Manpower updates and others. 11. Monitor /follow-up of reports according to deadlines. 12. Follows all AUTOHUB AND MGM policies and procedures. Bartender 1. Take beverage orders from guests and servers. 2. Prepare and serve drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes. 3. Learns the names and personally recognize regular guests. 4. Prepares garnishes for drinks. 5. Clear and reset tables in bar area. 6. Present drink menus make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages. 7. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas. 8. Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar area. 9. Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager.
