My career further expanded into the digital space when I took on the role of a Social Media Manager Intern at Brand You Marketing. During this time, I managed content scheduling, social media engagement, and brand awareness strategies. I then moved into the BPO industry, working with Sixeleven Global Services as a Call Center Agent and later as a Quality Assurance Specialist.
