I've worked in a call center for around 4 years. I started as an agent handling inbound calls from customers with issues on their internet and cable. I also do upselling and was successful and recognized as one of the top agents. I slowly climb my way up and been promoted as a Subject matter expert who handles sup calls and other issues that agent cannot resolve. The last two years I spent it as a Team Leader and consider it as the highlight of my career, because I am able to impart my knowledge and coach aspiring agents to reach their full potential.
