I started my career in BPO industry since 2012 as a Customer Service Representative, and joined as freelancer at Upwork since 2014. Experience in outbound/inbound calling as a phone agent / Telemarketing. In 2017 I worked as a Customer Service Representative / Order Support Specialist at Kea Company. kea is a voice automation startup using technology to solve the hold time problems at restaurants. Currently i'm looking forward for more experience and knowledge, eager to learn new skills and be productive.
