Personal Profile
Aerospace Engineering and Space Technology graduate who is ambitious and wishes to pursue an
Mechanical-related career with a remarkable organisation to learn from their senior specialists for further
progression. Through my academic studies, I had experience in solving challenging engineering problems
within regulations while meeting deadlines, working as a part of a team and using technical software to
find the optimal or near-optimal solutions to complex decision-making problems. I have been working as a
CAD Design assistant for nearly two years producing technical drawings and designing 3D models of ozonebased air-treating equipment.

2. Dynamics
3. Project Management & Product Development
•
•
make-or-buy analysis, SWOT Analysis and Root cause analysis
Risk, Cost, Resource, and Schedule management.
4. Computer-Aided Engineering (CAD (CATIA/SOLIDWORKS), FEA (ANSYS/CATIA), and CFD (PHOENICS)
5. Individual final year project (Large 4 passenger drone-Electric water propulsion unit), where I have
viewed more than 78 different sources within a limited time. That proves my ability to conduct indepth research on a topic of interest, comprehend large amounts of information and work under
stress. I used SOLIDWORKS, CATIA and ANSYS CFX for aerodynamic/hydrodynamic calculations and
propeller performance.
British International Secondary Education System (IGCSE/GCSE)
Relevant Courses: Mathematics A-level Cambridge (A) Physics A-level (B) Computer Science (D)
Technical Skills
CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic): describe the governing equations and numerical methods
underpinning CFD and their application to real flows. Experience in using CFD software such as ANSYS
CFX and FLUENT, SolidWorks Flow Simulation, Star CCM+ and PHOENICS to analyse and calculate the
aerodynamic/hydrodynamics forces and performance characteristics.
(AutoCAD, FreeCAD, ANSYS, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS ,GibbsCam, MasterCam): surface modelling, assembly
creation and 2D drafting skills. Produce simple animations and simulations. Drafting using CAD tools to
produce 3D models. Produce technical drawings with a bill of material for a satisfactory solution to an
identified requirement in compliance with international regulations.
ANSYS Finite Element Analysis (FEA): structural analysis, including linear, nonlinear and dynamic
studies. Obtain and analyse results of stress analysis for engineering problems.
MatLab, Simulink and Mathematica: matrix manipulations, solving PDE's, simulating and modelling
aerospace systems.
VISUAL BASIC programming: building and developing applications using VB codes.
Excellent in using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
Work Experience

(1/2021-present) USA Undergraduate Math and Physics Online Tutor – Ali Enterprise (6th of October City)
• Assisting USA undergraduate students in learning problem-solving strategies and methods of studying
Other Skills
• Research Skills: Gained through doing multiple pieces of research on different topic throughout my studies and
work, analysing lots of information from different sources and concluding. Good Report writing, and
critical thinking.
• Team Worker: Learned through different assignments in my studies. Experienced in working with others,
sharing ideas and responsibilities, and presenting the outcomes of the work in various formats – reports,
presentations etc.
• Time management skills: gained through part-time working for nearly two years while doing my
undergraduate degree at the same time getting a 1st Class Excellence Grade, which increased my ability
to priorities tasks, based on duration, importance and deadlines.
Courses and Certificates
• Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML) Category B1 Indoctrination Course for mechanical engineers at
EGYPTAIR TRAINING ACADEMY ( 360 hours (116 days))
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Preparation Course accredited by the Egyptian
Engineers Syndicate . (45 hours)
• EGYCET Engineers Syndicate certified HVAC course (40 hours).
• GRE (Graduate Record Examinations) exam: 305 (quantitative + verbal)
• Calitech SOLIDWORKS Essential course (Current)
• EGYCET Engineers Syndicate certified ANSYS FLUID course (Current).
Achievements and Projects
• Finished my (IGCSEs + A-levels) within only two years rather than 3 years as usual.
• University of Hertfordshire Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship awarded based on interest in Aerospace
engineering, motivation for studying as well as future career aspirations.
• Design using CAD full aircraft cabin interiors as a part of my 8-member group assignment in my
university studies. I developed an aircraft cabin layout taking into consideration the dimensions of
the cabin including seat dimensions, number of seats, galleys, lavatories all within the EASA
regulations. I also researched on the ergonomics of seats and contribu te to the designing of
marketing slides and brochure.
• Built a solid model of the 3D sketch of the Bevel Gear Bracket on Catia, using the Part-modelling
workbench. Then from the 3D solid model, I produced a component 2D drawing in orthogonal, third
angle projection. The drawing was to be instrumental in the manufacture of the Bevel Gear Bracket.
I specify the most common manufacturing process required to make the Bevel Gear Bracket on a
low to medium volume mass production basis. My 2D component drawings reflected the
manufacturing process.
