I am Hassan Moin Chaudhry, a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Punjab, Lahore, where I achieved a CGPA of 3.56 out of 4. My academic journey provided me with a solid foundation in business principles and equipped me with a versatile skill set. I also hold an Intermediate qualification from Punjab Group of College BISE Lahore and completed my Matriculation.

In my recent role as a Customer Service Representative (freelancer) for Ship 2 Anywhere Australia from January 2024 to April 2024, I gained significant experience in the shipping and logistics industry. My responsibilities included assisting customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders, ensuring accurate and efficient processing. I also provided assistance with product or service-related technical issues, troubleshooting, and guiding customers. A key aspect of this role was staying updated on product changes, promotions, and company policies to offer the most accurate information , and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

Prior to this, from October 2022 to December 2023, I was involved in real estate marketing in Lahore, Pakistan. In this capacity, I was responsible for identifying project-specific target audiences and running social media campaigns to generate leads. I focused on identifying the actual needs and requirements of clients and built relationships with other real estate professionals, brokers, and clients to generate referrals and increase business opportunities. I also tracked the success of marketing campaigns through analytics and provided regular reports to assess performance and optimize strategies.

My technical proficiencies extend to computerized accounting, where I am skilled in using systems to manage and streamline financial operations. I utilize automation to minimize errors and improve efficiency in bookkeeping and financial reporting , conduct data analysis to support decision-making and financial forecasting , and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
