The IFRC Pakistan Country Office hired me at a time when the National Society (Pakistan Red Crescent)
was at an all-time low in regards to financial sustainability, brand penetration and organisational
structure. Since having joined the IFRC in Islamabad, Pakistan, I have worked hard for the following
achievements:

Creation of a Financial Sustainability Plan, Communications and Fundraising Strategy for
implementation nationally.
•
Worked closely with the Head of Country IFRC and Secretary General of Pakistan Red Crescent,
advised and guided on fundamental marketing and fundraising strategies
•
Developed tangible ways to renew Fundraising efforts and plans. Developed concept notes and
proposals on the PRC Ambulance Service Programme, Regional Blood Donation Centre,
Membership Development Programme, Women Empowerment, Hygiene Promotion and
Commercial First Aid Trainings. (Programmes now in implementation process)

Devised communications and brand policies to improve image and penetration across Pakistan
