I am a Trust & Safety and Customer Support specialist with over 3 years of experience working on large-scale digital platforms and AI-related projects.
I started my career as a Content Moderator with Teleperformance (formerly Majorel), working on TikTok Live and TikTok Videos. My role focused on enforcing community guidelines, reviewing sensitive content, and maintaining platform safety and quality.
I also worked on AI data labeling and speech recognition (ASR) projects, including transcription quality auditing for Arabic dialects across multiple countries. This required high attention to detail, consistency, and a strong understanding of linguistic and cultural context.
In addition, I gained hands-on experience in customer support through the Yalla application, assisting users with application issues, troubleshooting, and account-related support through clear and professional communication.
