SASEC Information Highway Project
The SASEC Information Highway project is funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to establish a
regional fiber optic-based network to provide high speed Internet services in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, and
parts of Northern India. The Project is aimed at enhancing the benefits of ICT and regional cooperation for
inclusive growth and poverty reduction by increasing the supply of affordable broadband, skilled ICT
manpower, and local content and e-applications, with a special focus on the needs of the poor. To this end,
the Project will establish (i) a SASEC regional network with fiber-optic and data interchange capacity,
directly connecting the four SASEC countries; (ii) a SASEC village network expanding broadband ICT
access to 110 rural communities in the SASEC countries and providing direct connections among the
communities for local networking and local information sourcing; and (iii) a SASEC research and training
network to build technical and business skills in developing local ICT content and e-applications (egovernment, e-learning, tele-medicine, e-remittance, e-commerce, etc.).
In this project I am working as RTN National Consultant. My major responsibilities were to prepare the
project plan, monitor and evaluate the progress of the project tasks. According to the progress I had change
the planning and execute the plan for better output. I also collaborated with stakeholders, arrange preodical
review meeting with project stackholder, regularly communicate with team leader, Prepare and send progress
status report to Team Leader, all procurement reladed tasks, organize Workshop and Training.
ERP SOLUTION
It was an ERP Solution for group of company, specially for garments industry. The main objective of the
application is to accelerate the cash process, drive better, faster decision-making with real-time data and
reporting, personalized dashboards, improve workforce productivity with anytime, anywhere access.
It has 6 modules in the system.

Integrated Management Reporting System
The IMRS has been developed under the Finance Management Upgrade (FMU) Project, financed by the
Asian Development Bank for Finance & Accounts Department of Bangladesh Power Development Board
(BPDB) to support policy, planning management. The Computerized new accounting system solved the
problems of overload and delays were exists in accounts. The system has enabled Regional Accounting
Office to submit reliable, accurate and timely reports on a monthly basis. The ultimate user of this software is
Head office, 30 Regional Accounting Office and some project office all over the country. Application was
developed using MySQL Server & MS Access 2000, and VB 6.0.

The decentralized EMIS has been developed for Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education
(DSHE) to support policy, planning, and performance based management. The scope of this project at
MOE, DSHE, BANBEIS, 9 zonal offices, 64 districts, 260 Upazila Education Offices all over the country.
This application decentralizes the management system of the education offices.
I have worked as a team leader in this project. Requirement analysis, database design, coding, unit testing
and submit daily/weekly report to management was my major responsibilities. This application was
developed with 3 –Tier architecture, Oracle 9i Database Server: Rel-2 (9.0.2), VB 6.0, ASP.NET and Crystal

The system will support operations such as Inventory management, Stoke Management, Financial
transaction to suppliers and clients.
Application was developed by 2 –Tier, MS SQL Server 2000, and VB.NET.
PMS for Insurance company
The PMS has been developed for Sandhani Life Insurance company. Policy administration, financial and
investment management, risk management, healthcare process management and product analysis system was
the core modules in the PMS. It was developed for their head office, all branches and agent’s office. This
application was developed by PHP and MySQL database system.
My responsibilities were gather the requirements and write down the requirements as SRS, system analysis,
database design and coding.
