: There are total 3 projects currently I am working on. I am managing
3 different projects developed in .NET Technology. Quantify is an
analytics project is which is developed into the WPF. Analytics is
happened for Google, MSN and Mongoose. Crowdfunding is a project
which creates a platform for pledger and backer, it is developed into the
MVC and another project is learnITwell, which is online tutoring portal
where student can apply for the online course and instructor teaches to
students along with Sitecore CMS for one of the client.
Responsibilities: • Introduced Agile Scrum methodology first time in this company
and using effectively.
• Responsible for all 3 projects follow the Agile scrum model and also
introduced JIRA as a project management tool and demonstrate the
importance of this tool to the management.

:IP3 (Investis Platform 3) is a platform to build and maintain the corporate
websites. IP3 is basically a CMS based on Sitecore 6. Currently, approx
400 sites are running on IP3. IP3 provides interface to client and producers
who can build/maintain the site. IP3 provides list of controls such as Menu,
Image Gallery, Feed table, Share price calculator, Content Editor, Link List,
News, XML parser etc to build/ maintain any corporate website easily. Also,
IP3 provides Alerting Service. User can subscribe for any alerts like Event,
latest news, regulatory news etc.
To build a generic migration tool to convert websites to the IP3 platform.
This tool is also part of IP3, which is initially for the migration of
MediaSurface sites and additionally for other sites taken over by Investis.
