I am Harsh Shah, a seasoned Java/Spring developer with over a decade of experience in crafting robust, scalable web applications. My expertise lies in backend development using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot, with a specialization in Microservices architecture. Throughout my career, I have worked across various industries including IT, Finance, and Travel, delivering cutting-edge engineering solutions.

Currently, I am serving as a Sr. Java Developer & Technical Lead at LTIMindteee UK Ltd., where I lead a team of four individuals, steering projects for a large investment bank in the credit risk department. In this role, I have leveraged my skills in multithreaded programming within a Spring Boot microservices framework, while also managing cloud resources through platforms like EC2 and OpenShift.

Previously, at Deloitte USI, I held the position of Senior Java Developer, where I spearheaded the redesign of legacy applications into scalable microservices architecture. I mentored junior developers, enhanced CI/CD pipelines for automated security checks, and ensured the delivery of robust solutions aligned with client requirements.

Prior to that, I served as a Full Stack Web Developer at Accenture UBS in London, where I honed my skills in Java, Spring, and Hibernate to develop backend applications for regulatory compliance. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and improve customer experience.

In addition to my professional experience, I hold certifications including Certified Scrum Master (SCM), Oracle Certified Java Programmer (OCJP), and completed the AWS Beginner Course.
