(Troubleshooting – Printer, CCTV, OS Installation, Re imaging, DNS, DHCP, Mapping, Re-profile)

I work as an MIS personnel and IT Support. This are my responsibilities and experiences:
•Handles and perform Windows Server 2008 R2, Active Directory, CCTV, and network configuration such as DNS, DHCP and assigned IP for various Offices/Rooms.
•Provide technical support and solution inside the computer laboratories.
•Maintained computers and other equipment inside the computer laboratory are working.
•Implements the changes in the configuration for IT assets.
•Installs and prepares computer devices for various offices/rooms and requesting parties.
•1st point person for assisting all computer issue problems.
•Handles Active Directory inside the company and password reset for all employees.
•Knowledgeable in Office 365 (Outlook, Skype for Business)
•Monitor and give action for requested tickets inside the company using in-house Ticketing System.
