Preparation of suppliers list and processing their payments and credit notes are into appropriate ledgers
and ensuring appropriate verification steps of the 3 way matching are applied.

Ensuring the business wide fixed asset verification is done on a quarterly basis
Participate in in interim and final statutory audit, tax audit and any other assessments the business may
be engaged in with specific emphasis on physical vouching of payment documents
Preparation of debtors list as well as following up on debtor’s payments

Updating the petty cashbook.
