Hi, my name is Harold John Figalan. And i am 40 years of age and i reside in the Binan laguna, Philippines.

I am married with twin daugthers.

My personality is somehow quiet but when it comes to my job i am more vocal. and i am committed to my task at hand, I always wanted to finish whatever task that I have on the job. also I have been working in the cruise ship industry for 15 years now. The name of the company i worked with is Holland America Lines. I started as a Utility bar under the beverage department and work my way up as a Head Deck Steward or more like a bar supervisor. And whenever I disembark, i work as a part time customer service representative. My last CSR experience was on a company named Insuraprime. It is a U.S. based company where we handle contactors, We offer them insurance and certificates which is necessary before or during their work for a company or a client.
