I worked at Atlassian Philippines as Contractor Onboarding Analyst for 6 months. In my position, we are the one responsible for initiating the onboarding activities of contractors to be hired at Atlassian sites worldwide. We are drafting the Statement of Work of the upcoming contractors and send to their hiring managers for them to review. Part of my task as well is to draft the amendment document of the contractor for their contract extension and additional fund request. Part of my task as well is to notify the hiring managers for their contractors with near expiring contracts. I am also responsible for responding on our chat channels if there are questions related to contractor onboarding. We also cater any request that we’ll be receiving from JIRA related to changing, modifying and correcting informations on their Workday profiles. I worked in Eaton Industries Philippines as US Onboarding Analyst for 2 years. In my position, we are the one who are responsible for initiating the onboarding activities, background check and drug screening of our US candidates before deployment. We are the point of contact of the candidates once they need assistance during their onboarding process. We are also reaching out to them via phone call or leaving a voicemail if needed. I also worked at IBM Philippines as Payroll Practitioner in a 6 months project base position. In my position, we are the one who are processing the requests from our offshore partners to be inputted in the system. We are also trained to do the payroll processing to help out in regular payroll processing. I was also trained to handle the final pay computation of the former employees. I also worked at Inspiro PH (Formerly known as SPi Global) as Payroll Specialist for 1 year and 5 months. In my position, I am responsible on keenly monitoring and checking of the datas that will be inputted in the system. I am generating reports of payroll register, income reports, deduction reports, etc with the use of the HRPro platform and tallying it out on our balance sheet. We also do the uploading of our employees salaries via online banking. We also do the payment of the statutory contributions via online using the OneHub website. We are also processing the final pay of our employees after the payroll cycle finished. I also worked in Workers Janitorial and Manpower Specialist Inc (Formerly known as Workkers Builders Inc) a local staffing agency in the Philippines as HR Coordinator for 2 year. In my position, I am responsible for timekeeping and payroll preparation of the company assigned to me. I am the one assisting our employees regarding with their day to day concerns and queries. I was also doing the distribution of cash payrolls and atms to our employees. I was also doing the collection on our other client and doing the task of a liaison officer if needed.
