Process and resolve assigned complaints and Appeals & Grievance.
Properly identifying expedited and standard cases for proper adjudication timeframes.
Responsible for ensuring effectuations (decisions) are completed within timeframe and notification is given per regulatory requirements.
Responsible for coordinating the compilation of appeal case files for transmission to external third-party reviewers, physician reviewers and independent review entities
