With core expertise in Website development, my main responsibilities include creating product oriented business strategies ,conducting daily stand ups , creating project plan, defining project scope, reviewing requirements, estimations, task allocation, communicating with technical team, management as well as clients. Also, my responsibilities include conducting follow ups, analyzing risks and escalating issues to the client/management timely and keeping the team motivated ensuing delivery to the client for the defined scope, timely and as per quality standards.
