The project includes the construction of a new station which includes the platforms, electrical connections, and mechanical works that include water supply and sewer lines. 4. Boston University Bridge Rehabilitation: this project is an in-house project which initiates the bid master schedule of the project from scratch which implies the estimated project duration. 5. Sunoco Pipeline Relocation: this project is an in-house project which includes the development of the project schedule to the specifications required by the client and forming the schedule output for a better view according to the project’s WBS levels. 6. The Mentor Program: the client is NYCSCA. The project includes the duties of teaching, guiding, troubleshooting NYCSCA projects for new contractors and minors to be familiar with the NYCSCA specifications of the project schedule. The duties include the training of contractors’ employees with the concept of the project schedule and practical application on the projects they’ve awarded from NYCSCA.
