I used to work as a telesales executive for a B2B and lead generation campaign. I also worked as a customer service representative for almost a year i handled billing accounts, so what we do on that account is we take the customer's issue, complaints and inquiry. We also do small sales but it's not compensated just a reward. I also worked as a technical support associate, so the nature of business is we fix some technical issues with their laptops and tablets ( i can tell you what product it is). The jobs include an email management since we are not allowed to close the ticket if the customer is still having an issue and it will be done thru email. We communicate further thru email, so we can help the customer to save their time.
