A Result-oriented business professional with knowledge from application life cycle and architecture design to
details in developing applications using mostly Microsoft Azure. I have been participating projects mostly as
architect or technical consultant role. I spend four years working as problem solver (issues ranging from
process to detail software performance problems) for company that I was employed. I have worked as
manager for application/service development (max. 35 people), where we were responsible for developing
and maintain multiple solutions that provided services for thousands customers over Nordic countries. I
drove change from “water fall” -project model to “Agile Dev Ops” - model where teams were responsible
from development to production of services. After founding company, I have been working as a consultant
for multiple projects ranging from technology to process related changes. And developed AI-solutions that

We strong knowledge of processes around accounting, payroll and how to
manage we mainly work with big companies, public administration and
service centers that provide accounting and payroll services to other
companies as well as IT issues.

As Manager I have Nordic responsibility of supporting new and existing
deliveries as member of Cloud management team and later in Development
unit. As manager I have been responsible for people, cost, revenue and in

First goal for me was to raise automation and efficiency on Cloud
Operation. And leverage technical advantage on developing new and
automated services to support Aditro’s delivery.
I created solution by combining two Aditro’s products and lead development
of integration and deployment automation so that provisioning of new
customer went from 5 FTE days to 30 minutes. Service was huge success and
we sold it over 800 customers during first three years when I was part of
service development. This solution brought two old together as a single
service and changed barely profitable products to service that had over 80%
profit.
Around third year in Aditro I proposed to top management to start new
project for developing Integration Service as a Cloud Service and got
permission to proceed with this project. As manager responsible for project I
then started to acquired needed resources for the project. In eight months
we had first Integration customers in production on Sweden and Finland.
November 2013 company reorganized units and my team was moved from
SaaS unit to Common development and my unit increased by five
employees and by four existing old application/service.
During 2014 I continued to shift externals to employees so that by end of
2014 I had team of 17 employees and 7 externals working within my team.
At start of 2015 I got another product that was under heavy development so
my team growth to 17 employees in Finland and 22 externals (7 Russia, 8
India, 3 Sweden and 4 Finland).
Employee Satisfaction Index topped 100% and NPS was 46 during 2014, as
real life example I managed to hire 5 of 9 original members of Integration
Service-project external team. Including one co-founder of successful
consulting company. Main reason for them come work for us was way we
managed and work together.
As a manager in ever changing organization, I have been doing my part of
difficult discussion with own team member as well as external partner’s
resources.
As I have been only member on our management team with business
mindset I was tasked to run new sales with our new services. So during last
years I have been talking with possible resellers for our services with success
rate of 100%. We are now proceeding with four reseller with contract
negotiations.

Last years I have been concentrating on growing business and helping out
Aditro’s Payroll outsourcing service by automating Payroll service. Year
2017 revenue is over budget by 250 k€ from 3,23M€ to 3,48M€ and as
growth is mostly on recurring revenue next years revenue baseline will be
around 3,7M€.
Automating Payroll service has gained initial gains by raising efficiency of
Payroll clerk from initial 730 pays lips/month/FTE to 1115 rising efficiency
by 153%. This is just the start efficiency should raise to- Pay
slips/month/FTE when automations are rolled-out to all customers.

Public administration, Solution Architect/Technical Consultant
The target of the program was to implement case management system to
support ministries with their document and case management processes.
During the program platform solution for common case management was
implemented, deployment and training projects of the five organizations
(ministries) was managed. Program started on December 2007, and was
finished by January, 2010. Support and maintenance of the solution is
part of the service delivered to the customer for coming five teams.
The case management platform solution is based on Meridio document
management solution and Triplan Tweb case management solution in
Microsoft environment.
As an Solution Architect, I was responsible for the designing and
implementing Information Architecture, automated testing and
performance testing the deliverables.

As Service Manager, I was responsible for Support services of the program
according to SLA’s and P&L.
Tax administration, Consultant
Projects target was to maintain and develop case management
system and deploy new archiving solution using same software
platform.
As Consultant I worked on archiving, upgrading platform projects and
all so made investigation report how case management system should
be developed to face future needs.

I proposed to use of Archive and business process automation to be
taken in to use on Corporate Taxation. This was approved and now all
corporate taxes are handled digitally with Archive and automated
processing. This has enabled huge cost saving in Finnish Tax
Authority, by removing all paper processing and by automating
standard Tax calculations and inspections.

My tasks included the management of Product Development architect
group and the development and presentation of architecture and product
development strategies. I also searched for and presented new technology
opportunities. Hannu participated in the selection of product development
tools and the writing of instructions. Production of technical training
material and providing training was also part of his work. I strived to find
and present ways to improve product development. I used 20% of his
working time as IT architect in Aditro group, participating in different
projects and controlling the development of internal systems.
