For the last 2 years I worked with different kind of companies in various fields. I'm always very dedicated to the work I do and fullfil the tasks until the client is 100% satisfied. I worked with Microsoft Office and Google Programs. Mainly I did data entry work or researched products, articles, prices, addresses and the like. Furthermore, I created category trees and excel lists, handled customer requests via phone, skype and mail or translated texts from german to english and vice versa.
