I was an intern of Warepine Co., a local bamboo utensils company here in the Philippines. I was the assistant of the social media manager. My task is to engage with the customers, create marketing and publication materials for the social media accounts of the company.

I was also a secretary of our local government unit for the youths! My task is to handle paper works, do resolution papers, and to communicate with higher officials on our city.

I also have experienced to work with BPO companies. First one is I handled calls under telco account (AT&T) under the billing department with a mix of hard selling of gadgets. Second one is I handled chat and email under Tiktok App. Both international accounts, and the role was both a customer service representative.

I was also became a Executive Assistant of my Client, wherein I handled bookkeeping and appointment setting.
