Ive been working in UAE for 6 yars now as a customer service and sales admin coordinator. Recently I was assigned to be the sales admin coordinator/customer service/accountant in a car showroom company where i process the registration of the cars and provide insurances for the customers thru emails and phone calls. At the same time for deliveries I prepare the delivery note thru ERP and CRM and giving proper information of updated procedures to our sales team. I also had experience to be the point of contact in a health and safety company for oil and gas clients. I do the detailing of customer information answering phone calls preparing the conferences and keeping a records of invoices and delivery notes and preparing gates passes thru the UAE freezone portal.
