I am a graduate of Business Administration major in Financial Management in Far Eastern University. I am formerly in a bank industry for two years as a Customer Service Associate or a Bank Teller, wherein I delivered prompt, accurate and excellent customer service to our clients, doing their over-the-counter transactions and satisfying their financial needs by recommending bank products.

I believe that I have certain qualities which I can utilize to perform client's expectation. My educational background taught me to be skilled in Excel because we usually do financial statements and financial analysis. I did several research papers that made my researching skills qualified and I am learning new things by researching. I provide excellent customer service thru answering emails and phone calls professionally, by resolving client's problem, and assisting clients the best way I can. I am experienced in product marketing because I was able to help my bank clients to satisfy their financial needs. I am also tech savvy (MS Office, Gmail, Google Docs, etc.), and I have experience in Social Media Management (Hoot suite, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). I can transcript your audio files and your PDF file to a word file efficiently and I can create design and layouts to your websites.

I am hard working and dedicated in every work that I do and I believe in honesty and good working relation. I am efficient, detail oriented and organized Virtual Assistant. I am skilled in prioritizing, completing multiple tasks simultaneously and following through to achieve business goals. I am very willing to learn and deliver what's best for my client.
