I am an experienced HR professional specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. With a strong background in HR processes and a deep understanding of business organization, Manage organization, pay and job structures in SuccessFactors, I help organizations optimize their HR operations and drive efficiency.

Prior to getting trained as a SAP Successfactors EC, I served as a Human Resources Assistant. In this role, I assisted with various HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, and onboarding. I supported employees with HR-related issues and worked closely with department heads to find resolutions. My attention to detail and compliance with company processes ensured accurate and reliable HR records.

I gained valuable experience as an HR Intern at Bethesda Hospital in Yaounde, Cameroon. During this time, I contributed to building a contemporary company culture focused on recruiting and supporting top talent. I assisted in maintaining candidate records, handled multiple projects simultaneously, and reviewed and updated HR documentation and handbooks.
