I’m driven by a simple but powerful belief: meaningful change happens at the intersection of people, process, and purpose.
With a background that spans project management, product management, business analysis, market research, business development, operational transformation, and digital health systems, I’ve built a career around making complex things work better. I thrive in environments where no two days are the same, where challenges are multi-layered, and where collaboration isn’t just encouraged but essential.
From coordinating cross-directorate improvements in high-pressure environments to managing healthtech, fintech, and edtech projects with large organisations and emerging startups, my journey has been anything but linear – and I love that. Each role has deepened my appreciation for structured problem-solving, strategic thinking, and, most importantly, listening. Whether I’m facilitating a workshop, navigating the intricacies of a new system, or translating data into stories stakeholders can act on, I bring empathy, curiosity, and a sharp focus on delivering value.
I’m PRINCE2 and ITIL certified, an agile practitioner, and trained in business analysis (BCS), but what truly defines my approach is people. I believe that even the best systems can fall short without clear communication, shared understanding, and buy-in at every level. I build bridges – between teams, ideas, and silos – so that innovation doesn’t just happen; it sticks.
