I am a single mom so I always do my best to accomplish each tasks that had been assigned to me. I was able to work in the BPO industry and stayed there for 4 years. I was a Customer Service Representative during my first 3 years and was promoted as a Performance Analyst. In the first company that I worked with I was under an account for cellphones-- technical support, inquiries, orders and refunds. Then I transferred to a company that has an account for credit cards-- handled card issues and was even doing sales because I had to convince buyers to apply for debit cards as well. Regarding my online home based career, I started to work as an English Tutor for 2 companies so I did teach Asian students. Then I was also able to work for a lead generating company. That time I was handling various industries be it gadgets, softwares or even health and beauty products. I had to call prospects to buy our products in which I would day, I did very well since I was getting a lot of bonuses. :) Then I was also able to work as a Virtual Assistant and did different yet exciting responsibilities.I did cold calling, appointment setting, skip tracing, email handling, schedule organizing and comparables.
