I can provide support for Mainframe, Unix/Linux as well as Windows servers, including new builds, backup & restore, Compliance, configuration, Active Directory, Security Management and Disaster Recovery. I have Linux certifications (SUSE Linux Certified Administrator, Red Hat Accredited Professional - Red Hat Sales Specialist (Various), Red Hat Accredited Professional - Red Hat Sales Engineer Specialist (Various) & Red Hat Accredited Professional - Red Hat Delivery Specialist (Various)), as well as Nutanix certifications - NPSR, NPSS, NSEN, NSES & NPP.

I have successfully completed my CISM examination (Certified Information Security Manager), which enables me to better understand the link between business goals and those of the security environment. It also includes setting up strategies, policies and procedures for disaster recovery, risk mitigation, etc. I am currently studying towards my CISSP examination (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

I also have experience in the Cloud environment.

For the past few years I have obtained the rating of an exceptional performer. I am hard working and will always try to provide the best support for the customer, while maintaining SLA levels.

I can use various tools to automate certain processes. This allows me to perform data and trend analysis within a fraction of the time that I would have otherwise.

During the past few years I performed Technical Lead duties, including identifying training requirements for a large support team, assisting colleagues with more complex problems and being the point of contact for UK and Middle-East based commercial customers.

I believe that my past experience with Mainframe and Midrange operating system support, as well as cloud and hardware support, will allow me to make a positive contribution to the company.
