One of my most exciting jobs for the first national Café chain stores brand named
“Cook”. This included social media (Instagram), influencer marketing, ecommerce, Events organization, and customer loyalty programs.

I earned my best performance on our most important organic channel, Instagram,
increased followers from 2,000 to 52,000 through UGC campaigns, influencer
events, customized and unique events, and a consistent content calendar.

I launched the first Café’s e-commerce website which led to an online revenue
making 11 percent of total sales within the first year.

I planned to market a low-calorie product named “Placenta” that created a new
dietary trend in the whole café and cake consuming community, resulting in
