My career began at Vodafone UK, where I developed strong communication skills and learned how to handle high volumes of inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. I later worked as a Medical Telesales Representative, which helped me strengthen my data management and client communication skills while learning to balance targets with genuine customer care.
I then joined Sutherland Global, where I provided Customer Care for Lyft. Within only five months, I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert (SME), and another five months later, I advanced to Team Leader. During this time, I received the Employee of the Half Year Award in recognition of my performance, leadership, and contribution to team success. These experiences taught me how to lead by example, support diverse teams, and maintain high-quality standards in fast-paced environments.
Later, I worked in the logistics and trucking industry, assisting drivers with payroll, settlements, and documentation. I handled communication between drivers and internal departments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolutions. My Business degree in Finance allows me to approach every task with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
In addition to customer service and operations, I’m skilled in administrative support, translation (Arabic–English), content reviewing, appointment setting, and data entry. I’m proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools, and I adapt quickly to new systems and CRMs.
