Haidee Joie Almario

Hi my name is Haidee Joie Almario and I have been in the customer service industry for 7 years and most of my experience has been dealing with calls from our customer’s. I truly enjoy working with people in this business as well as the challenges. In my previous job, the good relationships I formed with my customer’s resulted in me holding the one of the highest customer satisfaction of everyone else in my department. Though I enjoy the work I did I’d like to take on new opportunities and challenges and to upgrade myself financially and professionally.

-My strength is I am punctual. I do things an hour early and I make sure that I won’t be late. I understand that this job requires dedication and commitment and I believe that being punctual will help a lot. Since I am punctual I am much more concerned with the time that’s why sometimes I tend to forget my meals. But I am now working on it. I make sure that I have snacks with me all the time so I can eat wherever.

-During my spare time, I love to watch movies or either spend it my family and friends.

-What I am looking for is a company that value the employees well and I heard that managements here are very friendly that’s why I am here now.
