Hafiez Zikri

Hi! I’m Hafiez Zikri, a Virtual Assistant based in Indonesia. I may be new to the freelancing world, but I’m passionate about helping others stay organized and productive. My goal is to support small business owners, content creators, and busy professionals by handling day-to-day admin tasks with care, attention to detail, and reliability.

Although I haven’t worked with clients yet, I’ve been actively practicing and learning key skills that are essential for virtual assistance. I’ve created several sample projects, including:

Organizing sample inboxes using Gmail labels and filters

Inputting product and order data into Google Sheets

Scheduling tasks and appointments in Google Calendar

Designing basic visual content using Canva

Writing mock emails and formatting documents in Google Docs

These self-practice projects have helped me understand real client needs, and they show my ability to follow instructions, manage information, and work independently. I believe that even as a beginner, what matters most is attitude, discipline, and a willingness to grow — and I bring all of that to the table.

I’m currently learning more about digital tools and platforms to expand my capabilities. I’ve also started learning basic web skills such as HTML and CSS, which help me understand how online platforms and content work. My focus now is to become a reliable, adaptable, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who can provide real value to any business.
