I am Habid Raad Pomar, I am from Colombia and I am a professional certified Architect with more than 16 years of experience bilingual with great skills in construction, contracting, renovations, design, permits codes, building zoning, and producing working drawings and layouts according to client requirements, proficient in 2D and 3D architecture to produce renderings.

I use different kinds of software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Google SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3DS Max with V-Ray rendering engine to create all my work, and very attentive to details.

In my career, I have been working on different kinds of projects such as Residential, Educational, Commercial, and Healthcare in small and some large projects.

I have very good personal relationships, can multitask, am a critical and creative thinker, very attentive to details, and always care about the needs of my clients.

I consider myself a good underpressure worker, with good skills to manage people and teams.
