Dualization & Improvement of Old Bannu road Package-II from Domail to Khurram to Krapa.
Responsibilities:-
Preparation of rate Analysis of Variation items.
Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
Taking off Quantities, Perform Re-measuring and Checking with BOQ.
Attending meeting with Client and Consultant.
Coordinate with Project Engineers & Prepare Daily Progress Report.
Estimation & Backup Documents Preparation for Variation Order.
Preparation bar Bending Schedule.
Prepare the Monthly Progress Report and Send the Head Deportment.
Organizing Site Activities and Work Schedule.
Take off Quantities from AutoCAD drawings, manually, Site measurement.
Preparation of measurement Sheets in MS-Excel.
Preparation of Variation / Addition work & Contractual Claims.
Preparation monthly Statement.
Visit to the site for verifying the work done and Attending the meeting.
Checking Sub-Contractor Bill & Certifying Payments (IPC)
Prepare the Procurement Schedule for Viability of material on Site.
Preparation of detail documentation of extension of time for the project.
Coordinate with architect consultant contractor and sub-contractor and other specialized
Contractors for finalized site works related issue.
Preparation of delay & damage notification to the Sub-contractors.
Prepared the Monthly & Weekly Progress Report.
Calculating Structure Quantities as (Road, Building, Bridge, Culvert Causeway, Retaining wall
Breast wall, Drain etc.
Prepare the Road Plan Elevation X-Section & Long Section.
Calculating Earth Work Quantities as per Cross Section of Roads.
Calculating the Quantities of Sub grade, Sub base, Base, Asphalt & TST
Measure work done, Material on Site etc.
Check Sub contractor work according to drawing and taking measurement of work done at site.
Making shop drawing, Earth work x-section, Plan and Profile for roads etc in Auto CAD.
Preparing Rate Analysis of Non BOQ items.
