E-MOSS Project (2015): Business Process Re-engineering
for the Ministry of Social Services, with the objective of
enhancing the service standards offered to the
disadvantaged citizens in relation to providing support to
uplift their lives
National e-HRM Project -): Cross-organizational
Business Process Re-engineering for the Ministry of Public
Reforms (including the Ministry of Public Administration
and the Public Service Commission of Sri Lanka), with the
objective of enhancing the service standards offered to
the public sector employees in relation to the human
resource management functions within the government of
Sri Lanka.
LandHub Project -): Cross-Organizational
Business Process Re-engineering project for the
Department of Survey (including the Department of
Registrar General, Local Governments, Road Development
Authority and many other government organizations).
The objective was to develop a centralized repository of
lands and ownership for the entire country. This is the first
project to introduce the concept of managing data
ownership (via data layers) of the respective owners while

Government of Sri Lanka. This project includes highaccuracy GPS technology.

E-Samurdhi Project (2012): Business Process Reengineering project for the Department of the
Commissioner General of Samurdhi. (Samurdhi is the
poverty alleviation initiative of the Government of Sri
Lanka). The objective of the project was to improve the
quality of service offered to the Samurdhi recipients.
E-ROC project (2011): Business Process Re-engineering
project for the Department of Registrar of Companies. The
objective was to enhance the services offered with regard
to registration of business entities (private corporations,
public quoted corporations, government business
ventures etc.)
E-LG Project -): Business Process Reengineering project for the Ministry of Local Government
for managing the citizen-centric services offered by the
Local Governments of Sri Lanka such as the local taxes,
issuing permits etc. This project includes mediumaccuracy GPS technology.
E-VAL Project (2009): Business Process Re-engineering
project for the Department of Valuation. The project
objective was to streamline the valuation services
(periodic valuation of all housing facilities, valuation of
compensation for acquisitions etc.) offered by the
department.
