• Australian Mortgage Valuation Officer

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the entire valuation process for both pre and post settlement applications ensuring reports are

returned in a timely manner and fees are collected accordingly. Our tasks include:

• Ordering of valuations through Corelogic and LoanWorks
• Liaising with brokers to ensure that valuation fees are collected
• Coordinating with Corelogic and valuation firms to ensure that the report is completed within SLA
• Ensuring accurate fees are collected and reflected in LoanWorks
• Liaising with Account Managers to resolve any valuation issues that may arise
• Requesting amendments to reports where required including challenging the market value result if

validated

• Communicating with the Construction Team to order Progress Valuation Reports

• Production Controller ( Manufacturing Plant)

JOB SUMMARY

Ensures the availability of Raw and Packaging Materials (In-bound) enough for the scheduled production run.

Processing of materials (Manufacturing) and executes all data transaction in SAP system related to production,

materials and finished good stock movements (Out-bound-local/export). Conducts review and analysis of material

management.

Production Operator( Manufacturing Plant)

Nov 2017 - March 2018

Production Operator operates specific machine/s assigned, following standard operating procedures and ensures

that they are in good running condition. Responsible for producing goods within standard specifications at the right

time at a minimum cost. Performs immediate corrective maintenance and troubleshooting in case machine breaks down and conducts preventive maintenance as planned until authorized personnel are available.
