Let me tell you a little bit of my background: I have been working as a freelance bookkeeper for almost 8 years now in a number of individuals in my region. It is my job to make sure that my client's books of Accounts is up to date and was able to pay all of the monthly payment especially for tax purposes. I am also a payroll master for almost 5 years in a prestigious institution. Wherein I make sure that salaries are paid accordingly and it is accurate. I am also an experience Customer Service Representative for almost 6 years. Wherein I assist customers in understanding their billing statement and attend to their queries on the bills and make sure that my customer was able to understand me when explaining the bill I make sure that we are on the same page with my customer and I was able to explain it in layman's term not in jargon's. I also help them in troubleshooting their internet and cable services especially if any of the services is not working well for the customers.
