I have been in the customer service industry for 13 years which had raised my standards well. I have worked in the call center for a total of 6 years and doing mostly outbound calls. Selling products such as magazine subscriptions, health supplements and diet pills. I have also called for a non-profit organization to ask for volunteers in the neighborhood to solicit for them. During my call center days I did call monitorings, coachings, product trainings and hitting team targets on scorecards and sales when I was promoted as a Team Leader.
My other 7 years of work experience was in the hospitality field. I worked as a hostess in a celebrity chef restaurant in Marina Bay Sands. I handled reservations over the phone, email and walk-ins. I also took care of the restaurant’s private event parties.
Thus, this experiences had made my customer service skill on top of the line. I have mastered the craft of being patient with rude guests and still rendering my service with a smile. I am a team player too and can accomplish the job on time with very less supervision.
