I began to work in the area of customer service since 1998 with Cable and Wireless which is the telecommunications company in the country giving general information to customers regarding contacts, locations, phone numbers in general. I have also worked for a travel company, registering flights. I have also worked in the Finance area with credit cards, also in collections for a call center agency, I have worked in the billing area about 1 year, I worked with a pharmaceutical company helping customers with their medication orders. The last job was as a patient coordinator at Stemcell Institute as a patient coordinator, helping them by giving information regarding the treatments offered by the clinic, prices etc.
