As a Resource Manager Coordinator, I was responsible for fulfilling engagement staffing requests using consultants as well as facilitating the use of partner, global or additional resources to fill requests as appropriate. I reported directly to Microsoft ASD IP Development Manager. My duties included to upload and keep data into the internal spreadsheet. Helped and assisted clients of different industries like Social security or welfare offices and Human service department to translate from English to Spanish for medical, welfare, customer services agencies and more.

Assisted Nikon Customer to troubleshoot equipment. Cameras, Software. Guided and taught how to's for camera and image edition. Kept track logs of equipment sent for replacement or exchange on New York Nikon's Warehouse. Assisted new and professional photographers to shop on the company website.
