• Major clients: CNRL, Baytex, Imperial Oil Resources, Cenovus, Suncor.
• Provide an engineering interface with the client.
• Responsible for the effective design and implementation of well plans.
• Perform engineering duties as required to provide directional drilling operations and
clients with drilling plans, conceptual design, detail design and work programs for
prospective oil and gas wells.

Well Planner Engineer
• Major clients: Pluspetrol, Petrobas, Perenco, BPZ, Savia Peru, Olympic, Sapet,
Pacific Rubiales, Graña y Montero, Vetra and Talisman.
• High profile project with Pluspetrol client in the Peruvian Amazon in Capahuari &
Corrientes field campaign, analyzing well trajectories with corresponding torque &
drag, hydraulics and vibration reporting.
• Worked also with Petrobras client in the north of Peru in a high profile and fastpaced project, drilling over 250 wells in 2 years.
• Challenging project with Perenco client due to collision slots in the middle of the
jungle and the logistic for tools & personnel mob & demob and all the previous
analysis in the area with hydraulics and formational studies, provided us great
insights to achieve a successful drilling of wells pad in a row.
• Worked also with Savia Peru client to drill various offshore wells, performing a very
critical anti-collision analysis, which became worldwide technique used as part of
Weatherford training courses.
• Offshore operations with platform collision issues (BPZ client).
Schlumberger Venezuela – Las Morochas, Venezuela (September 2007 – April 2009)
MWD / LWD Field Engineer
• Major clients: Petroperija, Tomoporo, Menegrande in East & West Venezuela and
San Tome in East Venezuela with PDVSA company.
• Work as a field engineer programming the drilling tools in town and in the field.
