I'm a very responsible person. I have been working for almost 5 years in the Call Center Industry, I have worked in Customer Service departments. I was part of big companies such as Hotels.com, in this company I took care of complaints, billing issues, and relocations and I handled premium customers with silver memberships program.

I was also part of AT&T mobile lines, I was in charge of solving issues about billing, solving complaints, and I was also part of Technical Support for 2 years, in this department I was in charge of coverage and make sure we provide good signal when customers got issues, I did troubleshooting steps and I did remotely connections in mobile phone’s customer, also checked signal from AT&T’s towers to make sure we provide good quality service.

I got the chance as well of being part of customer sales and service department, in that opportunity mostly we got complaints we had to make the transition to sale after we solved the inconvenience with customers.

In the last two years, I have been working in the sales department for recognized companies. I was part of a Moving & Storage Company doing outbound calls and inbound calls, monitoring the delivery process of containers, and handling billing situations such as late pick-up fees, damages fees, and extras fees for loading and packing service, I also arranged moving supplies and make sure we got all back set to our company.

At the moment I’m part of the company generating leads and gathering information for Home's repairs and vehicle's repairs mostly we have to gather details and make sure we can enroll new customers for being part of coverage for a long-term contract.
