Work out Design Proposals suitable for production and timeline.
Manage the product data management, Manage part number and part list
Tolerance stack up analysis of complete exhaust system child part.

Design of Pipe bending checking fixture, welding fixture.
Adequate knowledge of welding Standard.
Compliance with national and international standards.
Manage all the drawing during the development.
Detailing of Assembly drawing/child part drawing along with GD&T.

Load rate calculation, Stress, Deformation calculation in Ansys14.
FE model mesh review and/or mesh modifications.

Preparation of reports in specified formats.
Fatigue testing of leaf spring/parabolic spring on dynamic servo actuator as per DVP.
