Hi, this is Gunjan. Welcome to my profile! After completing my graduation in computer science I worked for an International BPO company for a couple of years as a BPO associate where I was promoted to be a Project Lead. I also learned a lot of online marketing skills and later worked as an SEO Executive there. I was promoted to SEO Manager later. My skills are involved with Non-voice Customer Support (Email and Chat), Web Research & Data Mining, making SEO strategy for a website, Web page ranking enhancement, Social Media account management with AD promotion, and corresponding content management with Blogging. I have gathered experience in all the above-said fields for the last couple of years and now I have decided to work independently as a freelancer.

My area of interest is researching for newer trends in social media and associated applications being created day by day. 

I am ready to work for any BPO/SEO challenging project so that I can prove my abilities professionally.
