I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for 5 years (handled US and UK accounts). I handled eCommerce account on which we assist customers in placing orders online, updating billing information and completing online orders on customers behalf. We also assist customers with download process, refunds and shipping inquiry. I handled voice, email and chat support.
From my past experience as a customer service representative I learned how to be patient specially to irate customers. I learned how to manage my time like answering emails while waiting for phone calls. I also learned how to handle multiple customers through chat. I can easily adapt to changes and I'm willing to learn new things.
-Became a top agent for the 2nd quarter last 2013 and when I handled Chat Support I became a top agent for the 3rd quarter last 2015.
-Have used Bold Chat for 6 months and LivePerson tool for 11 months for Chat.
-Proficient in using Kana for Email.
