I have been with the BPO industry for roughly 6 years already. I have done different job positions such as Customer Service, Appointment Setting, Sales, Telemarketing and Business Development. I believe that most of the clients prefer candidates with broad experience however I believe my edge among the rest is that I have the right attitude towards work which is also an important factor for a successful candidate.
