Build a weekly total business update for internal and external reporting requirements.
Work with IT to automate and improve the dashboard reporting.
Work with finance to correctly define the dependencies between the key business metrics and the financial model.
Work with the business during planning cycle to facilitate accurate forecasting and modeling.
Demonstrate knowledge of concepts like data integrity, normalization, and relationships (primary key and foreign key, one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-many) by being able to create logical and physical database design.
Efficiently coordinating with Operations in ensuring usage of reporting tools and generating output for scorecard reference.
Exercise consultation functions in analyzing performance trend with minimal expectations on suggesting effective actions to address gaps.
Effectively communicates regularly with leadership team and various groups regarding the status of routine and non-routine deliverables. Obtains guidance from the Transition Manager and requests approval as required to advance initiatives.
Assume a major role in the completion of reporting-initiated development plans, working closely with peers and/or other team members in ensuring smooth implementation and completion.

Duties and Responsibilities
Works closely with the Associate Director for Talent Acquisition and Senior Director for Human Resources to design a front line TA Dashboard encompassing the activities of Talent Acquisition on a daily, weekly and monthly basis that are important for the Business Units, Shoring, Transition and Senior Leadership. These reports are required to be published to provide timely update on Recruiting.
Aggregate this basic dashboard into a team level dashboard report available real time and periodically following the same format for the Operations Interview Team and Senior Leadership of the hiring Business Unit.
Build a weekly Talent Acquisition update for internal and external reporting requirements.
Work with IT and Global Talent Acquisition Metrics Team to automate and improve the dashboard reporting.
Work with MIS Team to provide the monthly Shoring scorecard.
Work with the TA Leadership during planning cycle to facilitate accurate forecasting and modeling.
